Sharon Williams-Floyd
Sharon began her career in early childhood as an after school teacher in 1994. She then worked as a health and safety coordinator, center trainer and assistant director before becoming center director in 2005. Sharon is passionate about the families Dixon Road KinderCare serve as well as her staff. She is committed to serving the families in the surrounding community by providing a safe and educational environment. She understands the demands of "today's" parent and aspires to make Dixon Road KinderCare a home away from home. Sharon conveys a sense of pride in our center so that each child leaves happier than when they entered.
